Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale supply chain planning implementations and global transformation programs.
- Architect and deliver scalable planning solutions for complex customer requirements.
- Provide hands-on implementation expertise across BY ESP, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, order promising, and advanced supply chain planning.
- Independently drive customer solutioning discussions, presentations, and executive stakeholder engagements.
- Apply data models, cloud-native architectures, APIs, integrations, and AI-enabled approaches to improve deployment speed and customer adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor on supply chain transformation initiatives and deliver measurable business value.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning implementations and consulting.
- Strong supply chain domain expertise and hands-on implementation experience with BY ESP and related planning solutions.
- Experience with Kinaxis, o9, OMP, SAP APO/IBP, or Oracle Supply Chain Planning is advantageous.
- Proven ability to architect complex global supply chain transformations across CPG, Hi-Tech, Process Manufacturing, Automotive, and Industrial Manufacturing.
- Strong customer-facing consulting, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Oracle, Snowflake, supply chain data models, cloud-native planning architectures, API and integration architecture, and BY Platform/Data Cloud/BYDM is preferred.
- Understanding of AI/ML-driven planning, ML-based forecasting, agentic AI, AI-driven automation, or GenAI implementation accelerators is preferred.
- APICS or supply chain certifications and experience in global consulting or supply chain transformation programs are preferred.
