Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape user-centric mobile UX and UI.
- Optimize performance, ensure cross-platform consistency, and resolve mobile-specific issues.
- Mentor team members on React Native, mobile UX patterns, and code quality.
- Contribute to technical architecture and mobile-specific decisions.
- Own and proactively shape the employee experience and product roadmap.
- Share examples of shipped projects or mobile side applications.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience building mobile or web applications.
- Hands-on production experience with React Native.
- Strong understanding of mobile UX, animations, and performance.
- Experience collaborating across product, design, and backend teams.
- Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, self-directed approach.
- Experience in a smaller or startup-like team is expected.
- Experience with Remix.js or React Router is a bonus.
