Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and support Robotic Process Automation solutions using Blue Prism and Microsoft technologies.
- Capture business processes and create cost-effective, low-maintenance automations and reusable object libraries.
- Manage delivery tasks, risks, dependencies, blockers, issues, and escalations across internal departments.
- Report solution status and progress to stakeholders and communicate risks, issues, and proposed solutions.
- Follow formal delivery methodologies, change-control procedures, and end-to-end technology delivery processes.
- Contribute to industry best practices and continuously improve delivery methodologies and procedures.
Requirements
- Preferred experience as a Blue Prism Developer, including the ability to develop solutions across Blue Prism versions.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Experience and knowledge of project management in a structured environment.
- Understanding of and willingness to follow formal change-control procedures and disciplines.
- Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholder representatives about project progress, risks, issues, and solutions.
- Strong logical problem-solving, documentation, written communication, and collaboration skills.
- Background in software delivery is advantageous.
- Knowledge of AI and intelligent automation using open-source, Microsoft, or AWS-based technologies.
