Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Create and execute automated software validation processes and test scenarios.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Support software installation, deployment, monitoring, and interface upgrades.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments.
- Coordinate with project teams and clients on requirements, status, feedback, issue tracking, and delivery.
- Maintain quality, customer satisfaction, reporting, and certification or skills-upgrade targets.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill in GenAI Consulting for Apps & Infra.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software processes, system flows, data usage, and operational feasibility.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and produce accurate project documentation and reports.
