Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and configure solutions accordingly.
- Test and validate configurations against business and functional expectations.
- Design and develop proof-of-concepts with senior engineers to validate feasibility and effectiveness.
- Build conversational flows, configure agent orchestration, and iterate on knowledge bases through document ingestion, chunking, prompt tuning, and failure analysis.
- Estimate and scope technically feasible solutions and align delivery timelines before customer kickoff.
- Write code within the platform and use APIs to integrate third-party or client systems.
- Own solutions end-to-end while working with product owners, project managers, architects, and customers.
- Maintain configuration documentation and recommend enhancements based on feedback.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years combined across technical configuration or implementation roles and client-facing solution delivery or presales.
- Hands-on experience building conversational flows from scratch and working with an agent orchestrator.
- Experience configuring knowledge bases, including document ingestion, chunking, prompt tuning against expected question-and-answer pairs, and failure analysis.
- Experience participating in technical estimation and scoping for customer use cases.
- Ability to write code within a platform and integrate third-party or client systems through APIs.
- Ability to own solutions end-to-end and translate business requirements into working configurations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Python.
- Preferred experience with Appian, Camunda, IBM, Pega, or comparable low-code, conversational AI, or orchestration platforms.
- Preferred experience with HTML, CSS, Angular concepts, front-end development, or BPMN.
- Preferred experience managing concurrent client implementations and post-kickoff customer ownership.
