Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
- Design, develop, enhance, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and components.
- Build and maintain Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Batch Apex, integrations, and related functionality.
- Gather business, functional, and technical requirements and participate in application design.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform triage, root-cause and impact analysis, and deliver bug fixes and enhancements.
- Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for Salesforce functionality.
- Create development timelines and goals, produce documentation, and demonstrate completed functionality.
- Build Salesforce reports and dashboards and support platform data, roles, sharing, and security configurations.
- Participate in Agile and SAFe events and collaborate with technical, non-technical, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent education/experience as stated in the posting.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning App Builder, Lightning Quick Actions, Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Batch Apex, REST API integrations, Future Methods, Scheduled Apex, Queueable Apex, and Test Classes.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Visualforce, Salesforce roles, sharing and security models, public groups, data management, objects, page layouts, profiles, and permission sets.
- Advanced Salesforce development experience in an Agile environment, ideally with SAFe experience.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM design, architecture, functional requirements, testing, deployment, and support.
- Experience with at least one of Service Cloud, CTI integration, Omni-Channel, or Knowledge Management is valued.
- Familiarity with Jenkins or Salesforce CLI, Jira, Confluence, Mural, Eclipse, or VS Code.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
