Responsibilities
- Design and ship secure systems that embed security into Sierra's platform.
- Implement and evolve trust primitives like identity management and access control.
- Build controls to prevent AI agents from leaking customer data or executing unauthorized actions.
- Create developer-friendly tooling to automate security checks and reduce risk.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills with experience in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- A security mindset, considering data flow and access control.
- Ability to work closely with product teams to balance security and usability.
- Curiosity and ownership in understanding system interactions and vulnerabilities.
