Responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain, and support DevOps pipelines, tooling, and automation at the Feature/Lab team level.
Recommend pipeline and tooling choices aligned with group strategy and team accountabilities.
Manage Google Cloud hosting, Kubernetes environments, monitoring and alerting, IAM, service mesh, networking, firewalls, and load balancers.
Use PowerShell and Bash scripting to support DevOps tooling and automation.
Deliver prescribed outcomes while managing budgets, risks, strategic planning, data management, and knowledge management processes.
Identify shortcomings and implement improvements to IT security processes, systems, procedures, and change initiatives.
Provide specialized training and coaching and develop the capabilities of direct reports.
Set short-term objectives and help manage the performance of direct reports.

8–12 years of professional experience.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud, Harness, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, and DevOps pipelines and tooling.
Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting.
Experience with Google Cloud compute, networking, storage, secret management, monitoring, and alerting services.
Understanding of Google Cloud IAM, IAM roles, service accounts, and least-privilege access design.
Knowledge of service mesh and network security using ingress and egress controls, firewalls, and load balancers.
Ability to manage outcomes, budgets, risks, process improvements, and direct reports within established systems and frameworks.
