Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Apply software engineering practices and scientific methods to analyze and solve engineering problems.
- Participate across research, design, development, and maintenance phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Operate independently in highly complex environments and take responsibility for a substantial aspect of the organization’s activity.
- Balance business, technical, and people objectives while developing long-term client partnerships.
- Contribute significantly to the recruitment and development of people.
