Base Salary
$175k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy algorithms for gesture detection on embedded hardware.
- Evaluate and adapt larger ML models for mobile class hardware.
- Own the full development cycle from system design to on-device optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithms with hardware designs.
- Research and implement promising approaches from literature and develop new methods as needed.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Software Engineering, ML Research, or related fields.
- Experience working autonomously in ambiguous environments.
- Proven experience with ML algorithms on embedded devices.
- Proficiency in Python and C/C++, with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end ML workflows from data capture to deployment.
- Strong grasp of signal processing and time-series analysis for sensor data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, electrical engineering, machine learning, or related field.
