Responsibilities
- Develop generative AI and machine learning solutions using Python.
- Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA.
- Build or support RAG systems and apply hybrid search techniques.
- Perform AI development, data preprocessing, and scripting.
- Deploy and containerize models using Docker.
- Deliver AI/ML projects in a collaborative setting.
- Apply AI compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in AI/ML development with exposure to generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python for AI development, data preprocessing, and scripting.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and at least one major machine learning framework.
- Understanding of RAG systems, hybrid search, model deployment, and containerization.
- Experience delivering AI/ML projects collaboratively.
- Understanding of Git and awareness of AI compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
- Exposure to LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex, and cloud-based AI/ML environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
