Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical strategy for AI and Machine Learning systems.
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade models using modern ML frameworks.
- Build and deploy production AI Agents using Large Language Models.
- Architect end-to-end ML pipelines integrating data processing with model workflows.
- Drive experimentation frameworks to improve model performance and product outcomes.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership to create impactful ML solutions.
- Mentor and elevate senior individual contributors within the ML community.
- Take ownership of complex problem spaces and adapt approaches with agility.
- Champion responsible AI practices ensuring fairness and user safety.
Requirements
- Typically requires 10–15 years of experience in machine learning.
- Deep expertise in building and deploying large-scale ML systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and at least one major ML framework.
- Expertise in prompting and fine-tuning Large Language Models.
- Proven experience designing scalable data and ML pipelines.
- Ability to influence technical strategy as a senior individual contributor.
- Experience collaborating across functions in complex environments.
- Track record of mentoring and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Strong AI fluency with the ability to design and optimize ML systems.
