Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI agents with Sierra’s customers in a fast-paced production environment.
- Write code and design products that contribute directly to Sierra’s platform.
- Learn how Sierra builds and scales agents through real-world usage.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, operators, and customers.
- Participate in internal reviews and product discussions about agent capabilities.
Requirements
- Be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or comparable program, in Computer Science or a related field, with graduation by June 2027.
- Have professional experience in software engineering or product management, especially in customer-facing responsibilities.
- Have expertise in React, TypeScript, Python, Go, and other modern programming languages.
- Demonstrate curiosity and interest in AI applications through research, jobs, or side projects.
