Responsibilities
- Build and maintain WordPress pages, themes, templates, custom post types, custom fields, blocks, and reusable components for the marketing website.
- Develop responsive, mobile-first front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Translate Figma designs and campaign briefs into high-fidelity production-ready pages across breakpoints.
- Own site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and diagnosis of rendering, loading, and layout issues.
- Build landing pages, forms, and interactive elements and implement A/B testing and CRO changes with digital marketing.
- Implement analytics, conversion tracking, event tags, and UTM handling using tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Support technical and on-page SEO, including structured data, metadata, accessibility-related markup, internal linking, redirects, sitemaps, indexability, and site architecture.
- Implement and troubleshoot integrations with marketing, business, event, recruiting, consent-management, analytics, and other third-party platforms.
- Maintain cookie consent, tracking governance, WCAG accessibility standards, and privacy compliance.
- Manage staging, version control, releases, cross-browser testing, responsive testing, accessibility QA, tracking QA, and regression QA.
- Maintain plugins, security patches, uptime, broken links, redirects, technical audits, and general website health.
- Partner with digital marketing, brand, design, and product marketing to deliver web work supporting campaigns, launches, and field motions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on web development experience, ideally with B2B marketing or corporate websites.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including responsive, cross-browser, mobile-first development.
- Deep hands-on WordPress experience with theme and template development, custom blocks, and page builder environments.
- Demonstrated experience optimizing site performance, Core Web Vitals, and page speed.
- Experience implementing analytics and conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, event tracking, and UTM tracking.
- Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals, including semantic markup, structured data, and site architecture.
- Ability to translate Figma designs into high-fidelity production-ready pages.
- Experience with staging, Git-based version control, QA, and clean production deployments.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple web requests against marketing deadlines.
- Preferred experience in cybersecurity, developer tools, or technical enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Preferred experience running A/B tests or CRO programs on marketing websites.
- Preferred experience with WordPress page builders, custom post types and fields, plugins, reusable components, and third-party marketing integrations.
- Preferred experience implementing WCAG accessibility and GDPR and CCPA privacy compliance.
- Basic design sensibility and comfort making small visual and UX decisions when designs are incomplete.
