Responsibilities
- Partner with account and sales teams to understand client needs and develop customized AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
- Present AI/ML technical solutions and platform or product demonstrations to current and prospective clients.
- Lead technical responses to AI/ML and GenAI RFPs and RFIs and present solutions in customer orals.
- Architect advanced analytical applications including forecasting, prediction, segmentation, optimization, computer vision, speech, and text analytics across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Design GenAI solutions that augment existing AI/ML applications and create new customer capabilities using first-party, third-party, and open-source large language models.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for implementing responsible AI practices.
- Track AI industry trends and provide thought leadership to senior management and CxO audiences.
- Provide technical advisory and guidance to customers, presales teams, and delivery teams on AI/ML and GenAI platforms and solutions.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex AI/ML concepts to technical and executive audiences using presentations, demonstrations, and whiteboarding.
- Deep expertise designing AI/ML and GenAI solutions on at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong experience handling large and complex RFPs and RFIs and collaborating with multiple service lines and platform vendors.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to provide technical advisory and guidance.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect designing and developing AI/ML applications.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building agentic and GenAI applications using large language models.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect in a presales team driving the sales process from a technical solution perspective.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
