Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Onboard and support customers through pilots.
- Create templates, quickstarts, and other technical onboarding artifacts.
- Use AI to enhance work efficiency and improve customer experiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years in solutions/sales engineering, support engineering, or other engineering roles with customer-facing responsibilities.
- Strong experience with TypeScript; Python experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Located in NYC or willing to relocate for in-office work 5 days a week.
