Base Salary
$120k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain agentic workflow automation, monitoring systems, and processes for data platform operations, infrastructure, pipelines, usage, and access patterns.
- Develop infrastructure strategies for marketing data focused on cost optimization and scalability.
- Build capabilities for data discovery, access management, policy enforcement, lineage tracking, data classification, tagging, retention, archival, and deletion.
- Create and deploy data quality measurement and monitoring frameworks for secure, sustainable, high-performing, and reliable marketing data.
- Design and implement data storage solutions using medallion architecture and automated role-based access controls.
- Develop coding standards, code management tooling, shared tools, and other engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Data Product Engineering, Data Ops, Partner Engineering, Fabric, Purview, and Azure ML teams on platform solutions, feature gaps, and product roadmaps.
- Support cross-tenant Azure data intake and publishing and prioritize platform improvements using incident and feedback data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- 4+ years of software development lifecycle experience, including experience with big data platforms.
- 3+ years of experience with Azure infrastructure, AI agents, Azure CLI, AAD Graph, the Azure Data stack, and data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data technologies such as Synapse, ADB, ADF, Cosmos, Data Explorer, and Fabric.
- 2+ years of experience with Clean Room Technology, data egress processes, modern data engineering, analytics, and machine-learning tools.
- 2+ years of experience in program management, planning, execution, engineering design reviews, proofs of concept, and solution development.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
