Responsibilities
- Own technical architecture and enterprise fitment for assigned customer accounts.
- Design integration, deployment, and security architecture across Innovapptive’s platform and customer systems.
- Support technical evaluations and remain engaged through deployment, go-live, and stabilization.
- Partner with field engineering throughout customer engagements.
- Participate in architecture governance and review processes.
- Make technical trade-off decisions across platform and customer environments.
- Mentor engineers on architecture patterns used to deploy and support the platform in the field.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, or technical pre-sales for complex B2B or enterprise software.
- Deep experience with integration architecture, APIs, middleware, data pipelines, and enterprise systems such as SAP or IBM Maximo.
- Working knowledge of identity, security, and network architecture in enterprise and cloud environments.
- Ability to make technical decisions directly with customer architects and IT leadership.
- Experience supporting accounts beyond the sales cycle through deployment and stabilization.
- Experience with industrial or asset-intensive customers is preferred.
- Familiarity with mobile and offline-first application architecture is preferred.
