Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding, complex integrations, system architecture, and the post-sales implementation lifecycle.
- Design and build tailored integrations and workflows connecting DX APIs with complex customer environments.
- Lead technical deep dives, workshops, and executive discussions about engineering goals, workflows, and architecture.
- Advise enterprise customers on developer experience analytics, deployment methodologies, branching strategies, and cultural transformation.
- Manage technical delivery and resource requirements across multiple enterprise implementations.
- Capture customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to inform the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience.
- Programming exposure in Ruby/Rails or Python and a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
- Experience with Git and the GitHub CLI.
- Familiarity with SQL, preferably Postgres, and the ability to use data for analytical solutioning.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies.
- Extensive experience leading high-stakes technical workshops and executive-level discussions.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and consultative skills.
