Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and thought partner for systems integrators and their customers building applications on the OpenAI API.
- Identify and qualify high-value Generative AI use cases and build customer AI roadmaps.
- Build hands-on prototypes and provide strategic technical guidance to accelerate customer time to value.
- Manage SI and customer stakeholder relationships through successful deployment and scaling.
- Codify solution packages and architectural patterns to accelerate implementation.
- Provide technical support for partners’ initial projects and mentor their technical teams toward self-sufficiency.
- Scale the Partner Solutions Architect function through knowledge sharing, best practices, open-source contributions, and internal and external resources.
- Synthesize customer and partner feedback for Product and Research teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
- Experience leading complex technical projects and programs with many stakeholders, ideally within or through a systems integrator.
- Industry experience programming in Python or JavaScript.
- Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI and/or traditional ML solutions.
- Experience building or delivering prototypes using the OpenAI API.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and business audiences, including senior leaders.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end and independently develop missing knowledge.
- Collaborative, humble, and highly supportive approach to team success.
