Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core and Angular.
- Implement cloud-native solutions on Azure, including application hosting, identity management, and cloud services integration.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to design CI/CD pipelines and support application deployments in Azure DevOps.
- Work with product managers, architects, and UX designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Apply software engineering, coding, and secure application development best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.
- Maintain information security, acceptable-use, and HIPAA-related compliance responsibilities, including reporting potential security events.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of C#, .NET, Angular, microservices, data structures and algorithms, CI/CD, and Azure cloud services.
- At least 6 years of experience as an application developer.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred; relevant fields include statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, information management, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience building commercial software, SaaS, or digital platforms is listed under preferred experience and education.
- Strong analytical, query-writing, reporting, organizational, prioritization, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure and architecture patterns is preferred.
- Web development experience with HTML, CSS, Angular, or other browser-side frameworks is preferred.
- Site Reliability or DevOps experience, healthcare IT software development, healthcare data models, interoperability standards, application security, compliance, and business intelligence or data warehousing experience are additional preferred qualifications.
