Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the CI/CD architecture and developer-facing experience.
- Drive continuous improvements to pipeline reliability, speed, and predictability.
- Define paved paths for product teams to ship fast and safely.
- Own the delivery process from code merge to production.
- Champion progressive delivery practices like canary deployments and automated rollbacks.
- Build tooling for observable, repeatable, and self-service deployments.
- Evolve the Internal Developer Portal and enhance the self-service experience.
- Partner with Cloud Platform teams on infrastructure while managing developer-facing delivery.
- Embed AI tooling into delivery workflows for productivity gains.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Platform Engineering or Developer Experience roles focused on CI/CD.
- Experience owning and operating a CI/CD platform at admin and architecture level.
- Proven ability to design and operate delivery systems at scale.
- Hands-on software development experience, particularly in production-quality Go.
- Passion for progressive delivery practices, including canary deployments and automated rollbacks.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes-based platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across teams.
- Nice to have: Built and/or maintained an Internal Developer Portal in production.
- Nice to have: Previous experience in both Software and Platform Engineering teams.
- Nice to have: Interest in Security and understanding of RBAC and OAuth.
