Responsibilities
- Design and operate cloud infrastructure that hosts AI agents and supports the platform.
- Create infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment pipelines for reliable releases.
- Build systems that handle usage spikes through autoscaling and multi-region support.
- Develop monitoring, logging, and dashboards for real-time system health visibility.
- Implement security best practices including IAM, network segmentation, and audit trails.
- Optimize systems and databases to meet latency and cost targets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience running distributed systems at scale.
- Experience with GCP; AWS or Azure experience is also welcomed.
- A proven record of owning infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines, including Terraform and Git Actions.
- Experience optimizing systems and databases for latency and cost targets under multi-modal workloads.
- Experience with pgBouncer, Kubernetes-based autoscaling, or similar tools.
- Fluency with monitoring and tracing tools such as Datadog and built-in tools in Vercel or GCP.
- Understanding of enterprise security requirements, compliance needs, authentication, and service proxies.
- Ability to treat infrastructure as a product, prioritize ambiguous requirements, anticipate future system needs, measure impact, and iterate.
- Exposure to AI infrastructure and LLMs, including hosting agents or experimenting with LLMs.
