Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated IT and business processes using Python, PowerShell, RPA, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
- Develop and deploy agentic AI workflows using LLM integrations, orchestration frameworks, RAG, tool use, and multi-agent coordination.
- Build end-to-end workflows and integrations with Apache Airflow, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, event-driven pipelines, and reusable automation components.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, testing, and deployment using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
- Support automation across Azure Government, Microsoft 365, and AWS GovCloud, including monitoring, alerting, self-healing, and root-cause analysis.
- Partner with IT, data, cybersecurity, and business teams to prioritize automation opportunities and document architecture, runbooks, user guides, and compliance evidence.
- Mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert on automation practices, scripting, and AI tooling.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in automation engineering, DevOps, systems engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Expert-level Python and PowerShell experience, including scripting, infrastructure automation, API integration, and Microsoft ecosystem automation.
- Production experience designing or deploying AI-powered or agentic workflows in a professional setting.
- Experience building and operating production-grade automation solutions at enterprise scale.
- Experience with workflow orchestration, infrastructure as code, cloud automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and API integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is highly desired, or equivalent hands-on experience combined with certifications.
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is preferred, particularly regulated manufacturing and data operations.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Azure AI Cloud Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, AWS Certified Developer, and CompTIA Security+.
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined under ITAR/EAR and eligible to obtain required export authorizations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, collaboration, and self-directed learning abilities.

- Base salary range is $160,000–$180,000, excluding benefits and bonus/incentive.
