Base Salary
$70k - $126k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and execute test procedures to verify software requirements and features.
- Build complex test scenarios for modeling and simulation-based systems.
- Capture and communicate test results clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Government customers to verify requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including PI planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Work collaboratively with software development teams and technical staff to support missile defense program objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited institution plus 2-4 years of experience in designing, developing, and testing real-time software applications and simulations, or a relevant master's degree with less than 2 years of such experience.
- Experience with GitLab and Git.
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Knowledge and application of Agile methodologies, including SAFe, in a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations.
- U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance are required.
- Preferred qualifications include test or analysis automation, Agile Scrum, Java or UI application familiarity, Jira, MDA sensors or missile defense systems, modeling and simulation tools, and systems engineering familiarity.
