Requirements
- Experience building and shipping products as an engineer, product manager, or technical designer.
- Strong product thinking with a focus on user experience and outcomes.
- Ability to execute from idea to implementation, having built tangible products.
- Comfortable with hands-on technical work or actively pursuing it.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with high ownership.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and make decisions without perfect information.
