Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end technical deployment of Latent Labs models into customer environments.
- Design and build production-grade API integrations and model-serving infrastructure.
- Work on-site with pharma and biotech partners to scope technical requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned customers, building trusted relationships.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback for actionable insights.
- Create technical documentation and best-practice resources for customers.
- Stay updated on developments in ML infrastructure and cloud-native tooling.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure for large-scale model serving.
- Direct experience deploying AI systems for external customers.
- Fluency in cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across functions.
- Experience with bio or protein design models is a plus.
- Understanding of the regulatory landscape in pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
