Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects, including project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Lead the integration of AI into products and engineering practices to drive business and platform evolution.
- Drive the strategy and design of scalable security systems using AI-powered automation for security event detection, management, and resolution.
- Lead the technical design of a scalable platform for discovering, deploying, and generating intelligent security integrations across SOC workflows.
- Oversee self-service architectures and AI-based customer onboarding and adoption to reduce friction and accelerate time-to-value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience testing and launching software products and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience with ML design and ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, or fine-tuning.
- At least 3 years of experience leading technical projects and providing technical leadership to cross-functional teams.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models.
- Preferred: Experience with scalable and available distributed systems, cloud services, or data platforms.
- Preferred: Experience establishing organization-wide LLM evaluation, safety, and alignment frameworks.
- Preferred: Experience applying AI to security operations.
