Base Salary
$175k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack product features across React, TypeScript, Python, and Go that drive growth and retention.
- Build flexible experimentation systems targeting diverse growth metrics.
- Run data-driven growth experiments across the funnel from onboarding through monetization.
- Design and ship onboarding improvements that accelerate time to value.
- Build growth levers including usage-based guardrails, smart upgrade triggers, and contextual calls to action.
- Collaborate with product, design, GTM, and analytics teams to identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Extensive full-stack software development experience using React, TypeScript, and Go and/or Python.
- Strong product intuition and a track record of working on monetization, pricing, or activation features.
- Familiarity with usage metering, subscriptions, and internal tooling for pricing experiments.
- Comfort with REST APIs, Postgres, Redis, and modern backend infrastructure.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, zero-to-one startup environment with self-direction and ownership.
- Bonus experience building for developers or product-led growth platforms.
- Bonus familiarity with LLMs, GenAI applications, or agentic frameworks.
