Base Salary
$160k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate signal-to-pipeline systems covering account selection, enrichment, research, personalization, outreach, routing, CRM capture, and attribution
- Create personalized email, LinkedIn, and executive outreach workflows based on evidence rather than generic high-volume messaging
- Combine Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, external data providers, and custom Python or TypeScript services
- Develop account and buyer signals from funding, hiring, leadership changes, AI and customer support initiatives, website intent, product usage, and relationship data
- Build research and representative agents that assemble account context, recommend contacts and relationship paths, draft messaging, and surface next-best actions
- Create founder and executive outreach queues for high-value opportunities
- Run frequent GTM experiments, retain successful plays, stop weak plays, and document learnings
- Instrument the funnel from signals and outreach through meetings, opportunities, and ARR
- Operate systems after launch, including data quality, observability, failure handling, cost, deliverability, and iteration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, executives, and engineering while owning the system and business outcome
Requirements
- Production software or durable internal product experience using Python or TypeScript
- Comfort with APIs, webhooks, SQL, data models, integrations, and LLM or agent workflows
- Ability to turn ambiguous commercial problems into working systems, measurable experiments, and clear recommendations
- Understanding of ICPs, buying signals, personalization, funnel quality, and enterprise sales
- Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, executives, and engineering while taking ownership of outcomes
- Experience with GTM engineering, growth engineering, or product engineering in a GTM team is preferred
- Technical founder or operator experience building systems behind a commercial motion is preferred
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn, enrichment providers, orchestration tools, or related GTM infrastructure is preferred
- Experience building relationship graphs, intent models, scoring systems, research agents, or personalized outbound products is preferred
- Experience operating AI-assisted workflows with human review, permissions, data-quality controls, and measurement is preferred
