Base Salary
$85k - $122k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and debug secure, high-quality software for the One Digital Warehouse platform.
- Collaborate with product management to define requirements, technical specifications, and scalable software solutions.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and apply DevOps practices for efficient, reliable software delivery.
- Perform software quality assurance, including test-case creation and execution, test automation, defect identification, and resolution support.
- Participate in code reviews and promote coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Contribute to improvements in software development processes and tools.
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.
- Adhere to P&G IT policies and work effectively with collaborative teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional Python development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience delivering software engineering-related projects.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience with software quality assurance, test automation, and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with product management concepts and collaboration with product teams.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL database systems.
- Strong problem-solving, attention-to-detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Cincinnati, Ohio and travel minimally 5–10% annually.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field; proficiency in Java, React, C#, Go, or other modern languages; 1–2 years of software development and automation experience; Power Platform experience; Microsoft Azure application-development experience; GitHub experience; and relevant DevOps, Scrum, Product Owner, or Azure certifications.
