Base Salary
$85k - $122k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, high-quality software for the One Digital Warehouse platform.
- Collaborate with product management to define technical specifications and translate business needs into scalable software solutions.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for efficient software delivery.
- Perform software quality assurance, write and execute test cases, identify defects, and support test automation.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and debug issues, and contribute to process and tooling improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge within the team.
- Adhere to P&G IT policies and support minimal yearly travel of 5–10% as needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional Python development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience delivering software engineering-related projects.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and tools, including Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Demonstrated software quality assurance experience, including test automation and varied testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with product management concepts and collaboration with product teams.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL database systems.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and collaborative-work skills.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; proficiency in Java, React, C#, Go, or other modern programming languages; 1–2 years of software development and automation experience; hands-on Power Platform experience; Microsoft Azure application development experience; GitHub experience; and relevant DevOps, Scrum, product owner, or Azure certifications.
