Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build proofs of concept, prototypes, and reusable example code using Generative AI models.
- Develop advanced model usage patterns and sample applications to enable GenAI adoption at scale.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to prioritize capabilities for the firmwide AI platform roadmap.
- Author best practices and guidance for GenAI tools, models, libraries, and development patterns.
- Troubleshoot customer adoption of GenAI platform capabilities and improve user documentation.
- Provide feedback to platform engineering teams to improve customer experience.
- Consult with application owners and developers and help them build scalable AI-based applications.
- Create common solutions using pretrained and fine-tuned models.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences and influence development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent job experience.
- 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, design, and development.
- Experience developing Generative AI applications.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and machine-learning libraries including NumPy, OpenCV, scikit-learn, pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle and systems such as MLflow, Dataiku, and Databricks.
- Broad understanding of SQL, NoSQL, data engineering, data governance, data privacy, and security.
- Demonstrated DevOps experience and familiarity with code repositories such as Bitbucket and GitHub.
- Understanding of deep learning and machine-learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and technical influence skills.
- Ability to work across global teams, time zones, and organizations.
- Preferred experience supporting application development teams with AI application development and creating code samples.
- Preferred experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud providers and their AI development services.
- Preferred experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Search, Azure Cognitive Services, AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, and Google Vertex AI.
- Preferred experience with Generative AI, LLM applications, embeddings, model fine-tuning, and ModelOps, MLOps, or LLMOps.
- Preferred experience in financial services, insurance, or another large regulated industry.
