Responsibilities
- Lead system development and engineering for highly complex programs and solutions.
- Coordinate coding, testing, debugging, workflow analysis, product integration, and complex solution delivery.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant on business processes, technology enhancements, and enterprise standards.
- Provide leadership, training, mentoring, guidance, and problem-solving support to engineers and other technology teams.
- Conduct root-cause analysis, identify improvement opportunities, recommend and verify solutions, and support ongoing optimization.
- Coordinate with company resources and stakeholders to integrate products and processes and deliver timely, accurate results.
- Participate in project proposals, estimates, proof-of-concept activities, code reviews, and standards adherence.
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices and provide direction for enterprise standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field plus at least 5 years of software development experience, or 9 years of related and applicable experience.
- Experience with software development technologies such as Angular, NodeJS, TypeScript, C++, .NET, Java, or SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, research, root-cause analysis, and technical solution development skills.
- Ability to communicate, coach, mentor, collaborate, build relationships, and work effectively with diverse development teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead complex solution development, make data-supported recommendations, manage priorities, and work with limited direction.
- Preferred experience working in an Agile team environment and partnering with global staffing vendors.
- Preferred current or recent experience with BizTalk middleware integration solutions, BizTalk Server installation, configuration and administration, BizTalk migration initiatives, BizTalk replacement solutions, BizTalk 360, and IBM MQ Server.
