Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and integrate custom software components across enterprise systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with or manage teams to deliver software solutions.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Coordinate project activities to support timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Evaluate and improve development processes, team productivity, software quality, performance, and scalability.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Warehouse Management Solutions.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Solutions.
- Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex system requirements.
- Familiarity with integrating custom software components within enterprise environments.
- Ability to optimize software performance and scalability.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
