Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable software solutions.
- Optimize software performance and scalability within enterprise environments.
- Implement integration techniques to ensure interoperability between software components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges collaboratively.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage the team’s work and decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and project decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Warehouse Management Solutions.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Solutions.
- Strong software design and development experience using modern frameworks and agile practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and create technical specifications.
- Experience optimizing software performance and scalability in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with software integration techniques and interoperability.
- 15 years of full-time education.
