
Agent Deployment Engineer (Residency Program)
Hippocratic AIResponsibilities
- Develop complex prompts in the conversation planning layer for agentic model workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and clinicians to create autonomous clinical conversations.
- Write, configure, and iterate on prompts for engaging, patient-oriented conversations.
- Use advanced prompting techniques to improve language-model performance, clinical safety, and patient experience.
- Conduct experiments and analyze model outputs to refine prompt strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent coursework/projects.
- At least two years of industry experience.
- Experience with Python and LLM prompting through professional or personal use.
- Exposure to databases and building simple RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Backend development experience through personal or academic projects is preferred.
- Basic AI/ML knowledge or willingness to learn is preferred.
- Knowledge of Flask, Django, or Spring Boot is preferred.
- Awareness of data privacy and security best practices, especially in regulated environments, is preferred.
