Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, database schema modeling, and system integrations.
- Lead technical projects, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX/UI designers, business stakeholders, and engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify bottlenecks, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Support deployment-pipeline automation and contribute to AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure.
- Provide technical design, configuration, software development, testing, deployment, and support for business POCs and integrations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development and design experience.
- Experience with Java, Node.js, TypeScript, React, AWS services, scripting languages, databases, Terraform, and unit testing frameworks.
- Experience with AWS Lambda and serverless ecosystems is preferred.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes or infrastructure as code with Terraform is preferred.
- Prior use of continuous integration and delivery platforms such as GitHub Actions is preferred.
- Experience with current AI technologies is a plus.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and influence the design, implementation, and support of business POCs.
- Experience coaching and developing individuals and working with geographically dispersed teams is a plus.
- Willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies and concepts.
- Strong verbal, written, and technical documentation skills.
