Base Salary
$140k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve SDKs and client libraries for integration with Glean.
- Own and advance agent-focused tooling and SDKs for external frameworks.
- Build custom platform context services and actions to enhance app experiences.
- Define and maintain standards for Glean’s public REST APIs.
- Collaborate with Security on authentication and authorization flows.
- Design reusable platform features for internal teams and partners.
Requirements
- BA/BS in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of industry software engineering experience.
- Experience building and shipping backend or platform systems in production.
- Proficiency in at least one modern backend language, ideally Golang.
- Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, cross-functional environment.
- Proactive attitude to lead, learn, and take ownership of tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development practices in GCP/AWS/Azure is a plus.
