Responsibilities
- Build features for the practice management platform, Insights.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using ReactJS, Python, and PostgreSQL.
- Improve system reliability and observability through best practices in monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Optimize performance and scalability of web applications.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and backend teams for high availability and resilience.
- Own high-impact projects balancing speed and quality.
- Conduct in-depth code reviews and drive architectural improvements.
- Work closely with product and design teams to create user-friendly experiences.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in full-stack development with JavaScript (React/Vue), Python, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience managing multi-month, high-impact projects.
- Good understanding of modern front-end engineering and React fundamentals.
- Experience with complex backend systems and API design.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills focused on observability.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts.
