Responsibilities
- Participate in software design discussions and analyze user requirements to define technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software applications.
- Test, debug, and resolve application issues and defects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve program-related challenges.
- Follow software development lifecycle processes and established engineering best practices.
- Support product releases and provide ongoing maintenance and issue resolution.
- Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Require 2–5 years of hands-on experience in software design and development.
- Require strong experience with Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Require familiarity with Oracle Database 19C, Hibernate, JPA, distributed systems, caching technologies, and messaging platforms such as MQ and Kafka.
- Require knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL, and database design.
- Prefer Azure experience and financial-industry domain knowledge, particularly cross-border payments experience.
- Require the ability to independently solve moderately complex technical problems, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, coding, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Require the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a customer-focused mindset.
