Responsibilities

  • Support Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Nexus platforms.
  • Assist with CI/CD pipeline maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Manage source code repositories and access controls.
  • Support Docker-based development and testing environments.
  • Develop and maintain basic Bash and Python automation scripts.
  • Monitor platform health, logs, and system performance.
  • Troubleshoot build, deployment, and application platform issues.
  • Document procedures, solutions, and best practices.
  • Participate in incident support and planned maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and software development practices.
  • Experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Git and source control concepts.
  • Basic scripting experience with Bash or Python.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include exposure to Jenkins, Docker, Nexus, Jira, or Bitbucket.
  • Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, or npm.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, HTTP, and SSL.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle concepts.
