Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage processes that ensure products meet quality, functionality, reliability, and specification requirements before delivery.
- Coordinate product testing and communicate quality standards and parameters to QA and development teams.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve recurring bugs, defects, and other product issues.
- Review client, customer, and user feedback to improve product quality.
- Support release communication to the business in collaboration with the manager.
- Use automated browser-testing frameworks, API-testing tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted QA workflows to improve coverage and shorten feedback cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience.
- At least 4 years of relevant QA or testing-automation experience.
- Experience with business software systems and user management.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, and Cypress for browser-based testing.
- Working knowledge of Postman, REST Assured, or comparable API-testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools, LLM-based test-case generation, AI-powered QA platforms, prompt engineering, and responsible AI usage.
- Understanding of CI/CD integration using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
- Ability to evaluate AI tools, work with AI-generated code, and validate results through structured test strategies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, multitasking, teamwork, and learning abilities.
