Responsibilities
- Build, implement, and deploy agentic platforms and scalable AI-driven solutions within client environments.
- Architect LLM orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and related technologies.
- Implement multi-agent systems supporting tool use, workflow orchestration, memory, and decision-making.
- Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines integrated with enterprise data sources.
- Integrate agentic platforms with client APIs, data platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver complex client engagements and solve business problems.
- Travel frequently to client sites within Europe.
Requirements
- Significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level, typically at least eight years of commercial experience.
- Experience designing and building agentic platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
- Experience implementing multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, enterprise integrations, and deployment architectures.
- Ability to configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads.
- Strong consulting experience delivering complex client engagements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams in a dynamic environment.
- Golang experience is desirable.
- React frontend experience is desirable.
- Deep Kubernetes understanding is desirable.
