Responsibilities
- Contribute to team projects and goals with team support.
- Build purchase protection capabilities, including disputes and refunds, and agent tooling for international servicing.
- Collaborate with European engineering counterparts and the global Servicing Engineering organization.
- Communicate work, risks, and trade-offs with teammates and stakeholders.
- Balance delivery speed and quality while protecting systems from downtime.
- Participate in growth, development, and team community activities.
- Participate in a required on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Previous work or internship experience shipping web applications using React or Vue.
- Previous work or internship experience designing, developing, and launching APIs at scale using Python or Kotlin.
- Ability to turn business problems into solutions spanning multiple software components.
- Ability to write clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
- Comfort navigating large codebases, debugging code, and providing feedback through code reviews.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with global engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback-seeking.
