Responsibilities
- Contribute to the architecture of high-load services and grow the C#/.NET Core codebase.
- Build product features and integrations, including AI-related voice and real-time capabilities and planned video and emotion-recognition functionality.
- Design and operate asynchronous RabbitMQ pipelines with delivery guarantees, idempotency, error handling, and backpressure.
- Optimize MS SQL Server schemas and queries under load, including indexes, execution plans, and hot paths.
- Drive code quality through code reviews, testing, observability, engineering standards, and technical decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial C#/.NET development experience, including at least 2 years of .NET Core production experience.
- Real distributed-systems and high-load experience, including the ability to reason about throughput, latency, and fault tolerance using concrete past incidents.
- Hands-on experience with message brokers, preferably RabbitMQ; Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or NATS are acceptable with a high-load track record.
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server under load.
- Fluent Russian and availability to work within CET ±2 hours.
