Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and support distributed software applications.
- Design and architect large, business-critical systems using cloud-native and microservices architectures.
- Build full-stack solutions with modern backend and frontend technologies, APIs, containers, and cloud services.
- Deliver engineering solutions through requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Communicate project progress and recommendations to client engagement teams.
- Support reliability, quality, automation, and customer experience across client-facing platforms and services.
- Collaborate with engagement teams and adapt to changing priorities and technologies.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 6 years of technology software-development experience.
- Full-stack software product-development experience with hands-on capability in multiple programming languages.
- Backend experience with Java, Python, Node.js, NoSQL, serverless, and cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
- Frontend development experience with React, Angular, or modern responsive web-design practices.
- Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience building applications and platforms with cloud-native and microservices architectures, including IaaS, PaaS, and container deployment.
- Experience with collaborative development tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks and tools, plus knowledge of TDD or BDD techniques.
- Experience delivering digital projects and products using an appropriate agile project-management methodology.
- Familiarity with automated testing and integration of complex systems.
- Experience designing and architecting large business-critical systems.
- Preferred experience with Akka, Scala, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Hadoop, Spark, Flume, MongoDB, Cassandra, or other NoSQL databases.
- Strong communication, self-direction, curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
Benefits
- Base salary is listed as $86,600 to $197,800 across US geographic locations, with a higher range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento.
