Responsibilities
- Develop tools and capabilities extending Lattice OS for command and control, missile defense, networking, and remote asset management.
- Collaborate with customers, product designers, and engineering teams to shape and build software products and applications.
- Build, test, deploy, and demonstrate mission-critical code with end users.
- Travel up to 25% to participate in customer events and deploy capabilities in real-world scenarios.
- Contribute reusable components and existing software services across Anduril product lines.
- Work directly with customers to deploy software.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Proficiency with React and TypeScript.
- Experience with real-time user interfaces using reactive programming libraries such as ReactJS or similar.
- Ability to understand complex systems and established codebases quickly.
- Ability to translate end-user needs into features while balancing user experience and engineering constraints.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
- Preferred: experience developing military operator-facing user interfaces or working with military customers.
- Preferred: knowledge of distributed communication networks, message standards, military systems, and operational tactics.
