Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into backend functionality for GenAI and agentic AI projects.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions, event-driven architectures, and external system/API integrations.
  • Manage relational and NoSQL data storage solutions for AI applications in production.
  • Implement containerization and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, for efficient deployment and scalability.
  • Build and integrate APIs with Python frameworks and collaborate on AI model deployment with data scientists, engineers, and DevOps teams.
  • Set up data pipelines for model training and real-time inference and support production GenAI and agentic applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's and master's degrees are required.
  • Four years of experience are required.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
  • Advanced Python expertise, including object-oriented programming, asynchronous programming, concurrency, design patterns, memory management, and performance optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, SOLID principles, clean architecture, and software design.
  • Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, and production GenAI and agentic application integration, scaling, and deployment.
  • Hands-on cloud-native development experience with Azure or AWS, including serverless, microservices, and container orchestration.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and WebSocket implementations.
  • Experience with additional object-oriented languages such as Java, C++, or C#.
