Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality enterprise software solutions.
- Capture and analyze requirements with colleagues and assess technical feasibility.
- Lead the development and implementation of complex software applications.
- Own or contribute to technical delivery and application ownership at product, team, or domain level.
- Maintain code quality, follow coding standards, and participate in code reviews.
- Lead debugging and analysis of production incidents.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 9–15 years of experience and extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer or in a similar role.
- Experience deploying and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and experience building highly observable and scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in Node.js, React, and Next.js; Python experience is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture, preferably GCP or Azure, and containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Helm experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile practices, Scrum, and associated tools such as Jira.
- Detailed understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
- Hands-on experience with NLP frameworks and AI applications, including AI and language models in chat platforms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity techniques, resilient applications, and networking across public-cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
