Base Salary
$122k - $146k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support applications during and outside business hours and troubleshoot service requests and production issues.
- Support evening and weekend production deployments and perform post-deployment validation.
- Design, develop, review, test, and deliver scalable software features and technical solutions.
- Improve unit test coverage and contribute to unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Review requirements, participate in estimation and prioritization, and address performance improvements and technical debt.
- Use GitHub SpecKit, AI models, Model Context Protocol servers, and prompt engineering in structured software development workflows.
- Review AI-generated code for security, performance, scalability, maintainability, and compliance with architectural standards.
- Mentor and onboard software engineers, lead features through deployment and support, and provide technical and domain guidance.
- Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, business analysts, product owners, support, database administrators, and other teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of strong C# and ASP.NET MVC skills and SQL proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience with team-specific development tools and programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of software development fundamentals, design, documentation, testing, and related tools.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools for unit testing.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and infrastructure as code.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and effectiveness in a distributed team environment.
